Mental wellbeing is really important for all of us because without it, we have difficulty overcoming the challenges of daily life. But if our mental wellbeing is healthy, we can build resilience, form strong relationships with others and focus clearly on whatever comes our way. This assembly help to explain the power of physical activity on our mental wellbeing. 

For any success in life, whether in school, in a game or as an elite sportsperson, there is an incredible amount that goes on beneath the surface, or behind the scenes.

This assembly illustrates the power of resilience through a sporting lens.
